FY2019 Continuum of Care Grant Competition Project Application Ranking

On July 31, 2019, the Fayetteville / Cumberland County Continuum of Care on Homelessness released a Request for Proposal to solicit project applications from agencies to provide housing and/or supportive services to homeless individuals in the local community. Project applications approved by the local Grant Review Committee will be submitted along with the CoC’s collaborative application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Grant Review Committee received 10 project applications from 6 agencies. The Committee has completed its review and has ranked all project applications. The results are listed below in order of rank. Selected projects will be submitted along with the collaborative application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to be considered for the FY2019 CoC Program funding:

Projects ranked in Tier 1 are expected to be funded, provided that the project meets HUD’s eligibility and threshold requirements. Tier 2 projects will be awarded funds by HUD based on a comparative score computed using the CoC‘s FY2019 application competitive score and the rank the CoC gives to the projects.
